The Texas Indie OysterFest (TIOF) is an event to celebrate Texas Oyster Farmers and the Chefs who support them. A fun day celebrating all things Texas oysters. With general farming info, shucking demonstrations, tasting education, an entertaining shucking competition, and perfect half shell shucks from 8 Texas Oyster farms. We will also have chef dressed & grilled oysters from many of your favorite chefs. A great opportunity to meet the farmers and interact with the talented Texas chefs.
